Ever since two Vietnamese restaurants opened down the street from my house earlier this summer I’ve been eating pho 4-5 times per week on average. I don’t even know who I am anymore.

Pho Noi Viet is pretty awesome. Misses some of the authenticity of the places out in New Orleans East, but very few complaints otherwise.
