So I think I just figured out something that hasn’t been previously reported (at least that I don’t think it has) about Frank Ocean: his stepdad is apparently former New Orleans Police Chief Warren Riley, the controversial, much-criticized guy captured infamously in this photo with former NOLA Mayor Ray Nagin.
Mind. Blown.
